At TOM BIHN, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your bag isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused item in its original condition within 60 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any included accessories are inside the box.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Seattle factory, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
